We appreciate that some of you may be unable to get in touch with Allianz in advance of your renewal. Please be assured that should this happen, Allianz are happy to allow customers up to 28 days after the renewal date to arrange a payment.
Allianz are also extending the features of the EBS Home Insurance policy to support customers. For customers who have commenced working from home or remotely, enhanced and increased home office equipment cover is now provided automatically under all policies.
Allianz continue to evaluate additional supports for customers throughout this COVID-19 period.
