If you’ve been financially impacted by COVID-19 and want to apply for a payment break the closing date for first applications to be received and approved is 30 September (please allow time for processing).

A payment break may result in higher monthly payments over the term of the loan.  If you are in a position to continue making payments it is in your financial best interests to do so rather than take a payment break. 

       

 

I want to apply for a COVID-19 related break for the first time

I already have a payment break (moratorium/interest only) on my mortgage account and I want to know what to do next
