If you have experienced storm damage in your home you can avail of a range of mortgage supports tailored to your circumstances, which may include an option to pause principal repayments for up to six months in particular situations.

  • A team of experienced advisors will be on hand to assist you and connect you to the relevant support where necessary.

EBS have a range of measures to assist you if you hold a home insurance policy with us.

 

If your home has been damaged by the storm, we have a team of dedicated advisors on hand to assist you. You may also be entitled to some of the following:

  • Emergency home assistance to help with any emergency repairs, like a burst pipe, broken roof tiles or an electrical problem. Our Emergency Helpline is 1800 779 999 (open 24/7)
  • Immediate payment for alternative accommodation if your house has been badly damaged and alternative accommodation is necessary in your circumstances.
