We at EBS understand that losing someone close to you is one of the hardest things in life. And, if that is the case, we offer you our deepest sympathies.

We also understand that looking after financial affairs at such time can be very difficult. But we are here to help you.

We understand that this is a very difficult time for you. The easiest way to reach us is by phone or email.

This will help with social distancing and cocooning as we are limiting the number of customers who can come into our offices at any one time. There may be queues and less privacy.

We promise that we will be do what we can to help make this easier for you. We have a team that are here to support you. They know what to do.

So, if a customer of ours who is your partner, spouse or loved one has died please either;
