Summit encashment requests are submitted through the EBS office. If you are not able to go into an EBS office, we can accept encashment requests by email or by post. Please see the links below to access the Summit Encashment form along with a helpful information guide on how to complete the form, detailing what you need to provide along with your encashment request.

Please note encashment requests are a three day process from the date that we are in receipt of a fully completed encashment form and supporting identification documents. Any problems with forms / documents may result in a delay processing your encashment request.

There is a daily cut off time of 3.30pm for receiving encashment requests. If received after this time, we cannot guarantee your request will be applied to your account that day and instead it will be processed the following day.
