Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015

This Act provides a legal framework for people who need support with decision making. It also set up the Decision Support Service.
The Decision Support Service support the rights and interests of people who may need help with decision-making. There are different types of supports which the Decision Support Service provide information and guidance on.
