Where  you have forgotten you can request a password reset on the login page of mortgagemasterplan.e.s.ie by selecting the "Forgotten Password" option at the bottom of the page. Alternatively you can contact your Mortgage Advisor who can re-issue the registration link, allowing you to create a new password.

 

You can amend any information held on your application by selecting "edit" on each of the information subsection summary page, e.g. personal information, or by selecting the pencil icon on the application summary page. Alternatively, where you cannot find the edit function or pencil icon, you may contact your Mortgage Advisor who can amend any information held on the portal on your behalf.
 
 

Where you have completed the EBS Mortgage Application by hand, i.e. printing the form and manually completing, the portal caps document size at 10MB, any document above this limit will fail to upload.

There is a cap in the Mortgage Masterplan system of 10MB per upload, where you document size is too large to successfully upload, please split your document, which should then allow you to successfully upload to the portal.

Please send an email request to your Mortgage Advisor requesting that all data held on you within the Mortgage Masterplan portal, your Advisor will then raise the request and revert to you with confirmation once erasure has been completed.
