Standing Orders

Standing orders are regular payments that make it easy for you to pay your bills or send money in euros on a set schedule. You just give us the instruction once, and we take care of the rest. These payments are processed securely through the Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA) Credit Transfer system.

What is a Standard Standing Order?

We make regular transfers, on your instruction, of a fixed amount of money from your account to another account.

Payments are processed on working days only. If your chosen payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, we’ll send your payment on the next available working day.

What is an Instant Standing Order?

We make regular Instant Credit Transfers, on your instruction, of a fixed amount of money in euro from your payment account to another payment account.

Payments are sent on any calendar day you choose – even weekends and holidays. SEPA Instant Standing Order payments are processed within 10 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Instant Standing Orders can only be set up for payment accounts, which may not include mortgage or loan accounts.
